Mesotherapy

Deep Hydration and Skin Vitality

Young woman undergoing a mesotherapy treatment

Mesotherapy is a micro-injection technique used in aesthetic medicine to deliver hydrating active ingredients, vitamins, amino acids, and other biocompatible substances into the superficial layers of the dermis, improving skin hydration, radiance, and elasticity.

The treatment is indicated for dull, dehydrated skin or skin exposed to environmental stress, and represents a valuable support in seasonal changes or in preventive protocols for skin ageing.

At Studio Aimi, every treatment is preceded by a dermatological evaluation, which helps identify the skin’s real needs and select the most appropriate formulation. This personalised approach allows targeted treatment while respecting the physiology and sensitivity of the patient’s skin.

Improvements are progressive: the skin appears more revitalised, firm, and fresh, with a natural and regenerated appearance.

FAQs

Mesotherapy is an aesthetic medicine treatment consisting of intradermal administration of small quantities of selected active substances. The aim is to improve skin hydration, radiance, and tone, contributing to maintaining skin quality and vitality. The treatment is frequently used for face, neck and décolleté.

The procedure involves very superficial micro-injections performed with fine needles. The treatment is generally well tolerated; a mild and temporary discomfort may be perceived during the session.

Initial effects are visible after the first sessions, with skin appearing more hydrated, radiant, and revitalised. The effect tends to consolidate progressively with the completion of the treatment cycle.

The therapeutic protocol varies depending on skin characteristics and treatment goals. Generally an initial cycle of 4–6 sessions is performed, with possible maintenance sessions over time.

After treatment, mild redness or small bumps at the injection sites may appear, which tend to resolve spontaneously within a few hours. In most cases no downtime is required and the patient can quickly resume normal daily activities.
